Prayer Team PartnersSPLASH needs faithful prayer warriors who are committed believers that follow the example of Aaron and Hur, co-workers with
Moses, in the great task of leading Israel to the Promised Land. As long as Moses held up his hands Israel
prevailed in the battle against Amalek, but his hands became weary. So Aaron and Hur held up his hands until the
victory was won. In the same way SPLASH prayer partners hold up the arms of our Leadership Team and the many volunteers, so they can prevail in their mission to Show People Love And Share Him.
Prayer is vital to this ministry because is opens closed doors, “Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving; meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, . . . (Colossians 4:2-3). Prayer also unleashes diving power, “For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man.” (Ephesians 3:14-16) Most of all prayer acknowledges our dependence on God, “I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined to me, and heard my cry.” (Psalm 40:1) |
Becoming a prayer partner doesn’t require skill, experience or even money. It simply requires a commitment to seek the Lord and lift the ministry needs before the Throne. Won’t you partner with us?
