Online Registration
Everyone desiring to participate in SPLASH is encouraged to submit their Registration Form online! By doing so you are helping to streamline and automate the registration process. When you submit your Registration Form online, all of your information is entered directly into our registration system and will not require entry by another individual. This not only reduces the possibility of error, it also reduces the workload on our registration volunteers! You may access the Online Registration Form here to begin the process.
Even though you complete your registration online the Background Check Authorization Form requires a signature and must be notarized. This form can be downloaded for completion below and submitted in one of three ways:
PLEASE NOTE: Your registration is NOT finalized until your completed Registration Packet, Payment and Background Check Authorization (if 18 or over by the time SPLASH begins) are returned to either your Church Point Person, the Gordon Memorial Baptist Association Office or submitted on-line by the deadline.

- Submit to the Gordon Memorial Baptist Association @ 373 Morrow Rd SE, Calhoun, GA 30701
